1969
Singapore
 

Spanners International was founded as Yeo Kee Huat Aluminium and Hardware
Factory. Our key industry was in the manufacture of aluminium products.

1984

 
After diversifying into ship repairs and mechanical
engineering works in the Seventies, the Company
was incorporated into - Yeo Kee Huat Aluminium and
Hardware Private Limited.
In the early Eighties, the Company started to focus on
the manufacturing of electrical enclosures for the
Public Utilities Board (PUB) of Singapore thus
becoming PUB's main supplier of OverGround
Distribution Boxes and Sub-station Low Voltage
Switchboards.


1996  
  In December 1995 Yeo Kee Huat Aluminium and Hardware Pte Ltd was awarded
the prestigious ISO 9002. Subsequently Yeo Kee Huat Aluminium and Hardware
Pte Ltd was renamed Spanners International Pte Ltd in early 1996.
   

1998
 
In our endeavour to service our clients better, the
Company invested aggressively in the
development of our own premises at Changi
North - Singapore. The building has a total floor
area of 5,000 square metres. This effectively
enables us to conduct all our businesses under
-one-roof, thereby enhancing our efficiency and
quality control.

1999
 
On 22 nd January 1999, Spanners International Private Limited relocates into - No
6, Changi North Street 1 Spanners Building Singapore 498825


2001
 
In our continuous effort to provide quality products and services, we were awarded
ISO 9001-2000 Certificate Number Q6326 from SGS Yarsley International
Certification Services Limited again.
